Its easy! You can pay using Cash, Cheque, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard at our office or by automatic payment from a nominated bank account we also have an online payment option (kindly contact the office of the facility you are storing at for your agreement number & password). The name 'Storage Solutions' will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website. Storage Solutions is a New Zealand company and all transactions will be in New Zealand dollars. A $30.00 security deposit is required and is refunded on the completion of the agreement. Storage hire is payable monthly in advance and is calculated on a daily basis when moving out. Storage Solutions Refund Policy:
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. |
