The goods you have in your self storage space are yours and remain your sole responsibility. You should always have them covered by insurance. Your goods are not insured by our self storage facilities. Check with your insurance provider to see if your cover has provision for your items in storage – you may already be covered, please note that most insurance companies will not insure goods in storage for more than a 6 month period. Should using your own insurer not be an option for you then one of our qualified staff will be able to assist you with the provision of suitable insurance cover using Ingerson Insurance Brokers who will provide you with a Self Storage Policy that will cover your goods at either one of our facilities. The insurance underwriter is IAG (New Zealand) Limited.
