We are delighted to announce that Storage Solutions in Porirua, Wellington has been awarded the coveted 'FACILITY OF THE YEAR' for Australia and New Zealand 2009/10.
Storage Solutions has won the prestigious Self Storage Association of Australasia 'Facility of the Year' award for 2009/10.
2008 saw Storage Solutions win the 'Best Expansion/Upgrade' award and 2009 sees Storage Solutions win the coveted Facility of the Year making it 2 in a row! Manager Fiona Gilbert was also a finalist for the 'Manager of the Year'.
The field for this years Self Storage Association Awards was one of the strongest ever. Storage Solutions competed against facilities from each state in Australia as well as all of New Zealand. It was not just the innovative design and construction that impressed the judges, but also our business model. Customer interviews and mystery shopping results showed an exceptional level of customer service.

Who are we?
Storage Solutions is one of Wellington's newest, most secure, purpose built self storage facilities which is also an "Approved Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry transitional facility for container unpacking". At Storage Solutions we're professionals that understand what it takes to provide excellent service when it comes to storing your personal or business possessions. We have 30 different sized units all individually alarmed that can be accessed 24/7, units are both internally and externally located, we also provide flexible storage terms one day or indefinitely. Located in Porirua, we are only 17 minutes from Wellington CBD, 20minutes from Lower Hutt, 25 minutes from Upper Hutt and 25 minutes from Paraparaumu.
Entry to our facility is by prox card with the system providing a full audit trail of all points of access, what time it was accessed and in which direction. All units are individually alarmed and monitored and the complete site (including corridors) are under 24/7 camera surveillance, we also have the added security of owner/resident managers. Truck, van, trailers and trolleys are also available, along with a full range of packaging products to provide you with a one stop shop facility.
